Pima County Air and Apace Museum

When you travel in Tucson, you should definitely check out the Pima County Air and Space museum. This is one of the largest air and space museums in the world, and the largest non-government funded aviation museum.

It's open seven days a week, from 9 am - 5 pm. You'll find it at 6000 E. Valencia Road, Tucson, Arizona 85706.

What's on display?

You can see many things on display in Pima County Air and Space museum, apart from the ones already mentioned above. You will see perfect examples of america's aviation heritage - including commercial, military, and civil aviation.

There is also a B29 fortress, an SR-71 Blackbird, and a rare World War II German V-1 buzz bomb. Plus, you can also see President John F. Kennedy's Air Force One, and the presidential aircraft used by Presidents Nixon and Johnson.
