Rooms were a bit dated, but large and very clean - the free breakfast had plenty of choice - convenient location, central to all the places we wanted to visit - there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance - a great place for families and business travelers alike
Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable - only 10 minutes from the university - the mini suite was clean and nice, with kitchen, coffee maker etc - the hotel was affordable and clean
The place was in a safe part of town and maintained very well - it was only a short ride to the UA campus / stadium - the laundry was quick and cheap - we received fresh chocolate cookies upon arrival - staff was accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous
We really enjoyed the fruit infused water in the lobby - there were 3 sinks in our room, which was a nice plus - the breakfast was well rounded, fresh and adequate - granite counters
The hotel was reasonably priced - nice grounds - coffee and tea was available anytime in the lobby - there was a grocery just across the street - the pool area was awesome - outstanding food there (more…)

The landscaping was awesome - you could see some wildlife from the hotel - the room was nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable - rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed
The hotel offered a shuttle to and from the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort and Spa, which gave you more dining options - the hotel was in a beautiful desert setting - there were resort amenities on property - we loved the nice view of the mountains and golf course
The area was nice - the suites were nice - the hotel staff was friendly and professional - the pool was very nice and we spent time there - there was a hiking trail right behind our condo
We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen - the hotel restaurant served good food at a reasonable price - the pool was clean and well maintained - the bathroom was spacious (more…)

Nice hotel - great rooms - very comfortable stay experience - hotel staffs were very friendly, courteous, professional and attentive to the guest's needs - everything was clean and nice
The beds were extremely comfortable - would definitely stay here again next time we were in Tucson - it was an older hotel on the outside but very updated and modern inside
We stayed overnight during our two week road trip to the southwest U.S. and had really wonderful night - the hotel was in a nice area with plenty of grocery stores and places to eat - perfect stay

The 27-hole golf course was among the best in the nation - charged very reasonable rates for the course - asked for rooms with beautiful golf course view or a mountain view
The pool area was awesome - included a thrilling waterslide for small kids - poolside drinks and foods were gorgeous - separate adult pool and Jacuzzi was a nice touch
The gym was truly fabulous with the most advanced equipment ever seen - had awesome spa treatments at the Red Door Spa - totally relaxed after a long tired day
Tennis court was amazing - prompt and courteous room service - the restaurant & bar served excellent reasonable foods and drinks - a memorable stay at the resort
Endless beauty in the desert - the staff was friendliest and willing to help anytime - a beautiful property with outstanding customer service - a great family experience

Fitness center worked well - modern equipment - EFX machine and recumbent bikes - nice pool area - never found time for a swim
A full American breakfast - didn't eat there - people seemed to enjoy the meals
Okay staff - not as professional as expected - the front desk staff didn't know how to solve our problem - accommodating and friendly - attentive and pleasant
Quite cheap - nice hotel for what you paid - great value - preferred not to be back - could do better
